Whitney Apartments is a 28-unit active adult (55+) apartment development in North Bellmore, NY. Leyton successfully obtained the requisite municipal entitlements to develop the property, which was previously Temple Beth El. Each residence, averaging over 1,600 sf, will feature luxurious finishes including hard wood floors, private entrances, kitchen islands, quartz countertops, washer-dryers, walk-in closets, en-suite primary baths, and spacious lofts on all upper units. Construction is expected to be complete in 2027.
