Purchased out of foreclosure, we succeeded where the prior had failed—execution. Assuming a previously designed site plan and pre-existing floorplans, we used our operational expertise to deliver a vibrant and successful community in a convenient site in Westchester County.

A site plan was uniquely designed to situate a majority of the homes over a bucolic lake in Dutchess County, NY. As a result, a tight-knit community formed, particularly around the boathouse-like clubhouse complete with kayaks and other watersports. Even within a small community, we ensured there were numerous floorplans available to meet the varied needs of purchasers.

We shaped an organic neighborhood within a dense, affluent suburb community. The way we integrated our project seamlessly into the surrounding community makes it feel like it's been there forever. With our personal touch, the community has seen tremendous price appreciation with homes currently selling for triple their original price.

Ophir Farms is situated on 47 idyllic acres in Purchase, NY. The developer plotted the homes to work in concert with the estate’s rolling hills, choosing to follow the “less is more” ethos for this particular parcel of land. The result was a magnificent community that still holds its stature today.

Three Village Green successfully formed its own identity within a master retail development. We opted to construct a mix of attached and detached homes to appeal to a wider base of purchasers, with all purchasers enjoying the highly amenitized clubhouse.
