Our team brings together a diverse group of seasoned project managers, innovative architects, skilled construction professionals, and knowledgeable financiers, all driven by a shared passion for creating exceptional spaces. With decades of combined experience across all facets of real estate, we take pride in our collaborative approach, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to excellence in every project.

Scott Leyton – Principal

Scott Leyton is the Founder and Principal of Leyton Properties and the Co-Founder and Co-Principal of Ornstein Leyton Company. Scott is a real estate veteran with over 30 years of experience in land acquisition, financing, and development of residential projects. Under Leyton and OLC, Scott has developed residential communities representing nearly $1 Billion in completed value. Scott is known for identifying unique opportunities and designing projects that raise the bar for creative development in the NY Metro Area.

Ron Cypers – President

As President of the firm, Ron oversees the day-to-day activities of the company and directs our staff and outside consultants on all our development projects. Ron has an extensive array of principal level roles over a 30-year career as a NY based real estate executive. He is an expert in mortgage finance, asset management, distressed debt, asset sales, restructures, acquisitions and development. Ron spends his weekends riding his bicycle around Westchester County. It’s not unusual to find him riding with glee, hundreds of miles from home.

Oliver Brown – Vice President of Development

Oliver is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and managing the execution of our residential developments and supervises the approval process for our entitlement projects. Oliver joined Leyton after his graduation from NYU Stern’s MBA Program where he studied Real Estate and Finance. When he’s not in the office, Oliver can be found reading a historical biography or in Madison Square Garden rooting on his beloved Knicks.

Brian Goldman, RA, LEED AP – Director of Construction

Brian serves as Director of Construction at Leyton Properties, where he oversees the firm’s development projects from design through construction. He began his career in architecture before transitioning into construction management and real estate development, bringing a comprehensive perspective to each project he leads.
