Landsea Homes and Leyton Properties launched sales at 212 W. 93rd St. on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The 14-story condominium contains just 20 residences, most featuring a private terrace.

Architecture firm ODA conceived the building as a vertical collection of individual homes. The residences range from one- to four-bedrooms. The Lindsey Stokes Team at Compass Development Marketing Group is the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the project, which is slated for completion later this year.
